Alex: I know what they feed prisoners?

Me: What?

Alex: Chocolate. Just Chocolate. Because they don't want the criminals to escape so they need them to stay week.

Me (Laughing):  oh, good to know!

Carter had been asking Aunt Misty for A Nintendo DSI for his birthday.  Well, on his birthday after opening his DSI (from his parents) he yelled, "YES, this is TOTALLY from Aunt Misty!"  Um.... Rewind video.  "Carter, this present is from MOM and DAD!"  (Sorry Misty!)

Nadya was a bit down after leaving the orthodontists today.  Hallie is getting braces and Nadya has to wait at least six more months.  Her teeth are taking a little bit longer than anticipated to come in.  After last weeks gymnastics saga, I joked around and told Hallie that she can do something better than Nadya.  She can grow teeth faster.  Hallie laughed and responded with "Isn't that inherited?" Nadya seemed a bit annoyed so  I joked and told Nadya my teeth took a long time to "grow in" too. When suddenly Nadya yelled, "YES!!! I am FINALLY someone's kid!"  I was confused, "What???"  She explained, "I fart like dad, and my teeth grow like yours!"  I laughed hard.  Yes, Nadya, you finally are someone's kid!
