Carter loves sleeping with his Frog.

I took Nadya to see Annie.

This is the second time we've seen this play together.

We love it!

We stopped by cold stone for ice cream before the play.

Alex braved the diving board at the pool last week.

I guess this is a summer of many firsts in the pool for him!!!!!

We went to the Rodeo with Aunt Misty.

We go every year.

The kids were so excited for the money calf.

Josie got money and the rest of them got exercise! 
Lots of it!

And A Funny Story------

Carter caught the football  at the rodeo that the clown was throwing to the audience and then you are suppose to throw it back.  Well, considering he was only the second person to catch it he thought it was his to keep.  He ran up the stairs, holding the ball victoriously above his head with his hand stretched out toward the sky with a huge smile on his face yelling, "Yes, Yes, Yes!"  The announcer saw it all and announced that unfortunately that ball gets thrown back.  It was so cute!  Carter was all smiles.  

He had no problem with giving it back.  The audience all got a good laugh out of it.

(Yes, that is calf hair!  Poor Thing!!!!!!!  No wonder they run so fast!!!!!!!!!!) 
 
Nadya Competed in the State Meet!

She did awesome!  They don't do individual medals at state for level four, but they do break the kids into three groups based on their overall all-round score.  (Bronze, Silver and Gold)  Nadya was Gold and was in the last group to be called up.  (Meaning in the higher group of scores!)  She did well.  I was going to put together a video of her events, but really she has been so consistent this year it just makes more sense to watch the video I already put together.
