Eleven

We celebrated Hallie's 11th birthday at home.

Kept it kind of low key after her fun birthday party.

She didn't have anything particular on her list,

so she ended up with a lot of little things.

New bedding for her new room.

I still have a few last minute details)

A new gymnastics leotard, swimsuit and cover up,

sun glasses, etc. 

You know, fun girl stuff.

A new blanket that we are using as a

rug for her colorful room.

(I won't mention anything about the carpet, that would fire up my husband) 

She requested  danish rice pudding for

dessert instead of cake.

It's traditional for Christmas. 
I guess she wants to make it traditional for her birthday too.

We also had Chinese food, Hal's favorite.
