Christmas Programs

Both boys have had their Christmas Programs.

Carter had his first.

They sang and sang and sang.

The older kids also performed a cute play.

The younger kids were in the choir.

I just love how they all had their mouths wide open during this song.

They also signed a song too.

He did such a great job!  I did video it, well actually Nadya did while I took pictures.

Only, she videod the entire program and not just Carter's part.

So, I am not going to edit that video tonight.  Maybe another. 

Alex got to be in the Nutcracker at his school this year.

Its been a long tradition for first graders to perform and it was quite the event!

I was simply amazed by the amount of work that goes into this production.
The costumes and scenery were amazing, the dances were great and the kids were well prepared.

Alex was a Chinese Dancer and did a fantastic job.

I snagged a picture of him in his room before the performance.

It was so incredibly crowded.  I had no idea just how big this production was until I arrived and found my seat WAY in the back.......  So, I stood off to the side for Alex's portion and attempted to video and take pictures at the same time.  I missed the very beginning of Alex's dance, but got most of it.
