Did you know that yesteryday, was Autism Awareness Day??
I didn't. Until we met this cutie- Gabe.
Gabe is the second son of my good friend, Stephanie. He is five and he has Autism.
He is super smart and as Hallie would say, "Gabe's awesome!"
He is, I would have to agree with her!

I saw on Facebook that someone had organized a balloon launch for Autism Awareness
and forwarded the information to Stephanie.
It was amazing to see so many people supporting Autism Awareness.
Even Channel 2 News came out to cover it.
Steph and I brought blue balloons.
I love that Stephanie brought star blue balloons because it was much easier to
spot them mixed in with the others.
The kids played until it was time for the launch.
It was extra windy and we even got a little bit of rain,
but it quit in time for the launch.
Kris and Laurance came too!
Everyone gathered together and counted down- Five, Four, Three, Two, ONE!!!!!!!
Look at Gabe's Expression!!!!!!! I love it!!!
Afterwards we enjoyed some blue treats!
